WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PLAY?

	Youth ages 6 to 18
	Who are not currently playing on a school team or in another league.
	Who are currently enrolled in a SE Guilford area school (Alamance Elementary, Nathanael Green Elementary, PG Elementary, SE Middle or SE High)
	Or who are affiliated with a sponsor church or organization

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION?

		Completed registration form.  These are available at the sign-up tables or you can download one below.
		Your parent or guardian must be present at sign-ups.
